A nutrition workshop

Educational programs provide people with cancer and their loved ones the tools to manage their treatment and recovery as effectively as possible. Many top oncologists, radiologists and other medical specialists give presentations at The Wellness Community.

These programs give you an opportunity to answer questions and gain in-depth knowledge about specific cancer related issues. You can choose to attend a lecture, a cooking class, presentations about insurance, clinical trials, or complementary therapies. 

Our nationally renowned educational programs provide state-of-the-art medical information and help you in dealing with your disease and your emotions. We also offer a variety of creative expression classes designed to help you cope with the cancer experience.

Resource library

In addition to educational programs, The Wellness Community has a resource library containing books, videos and DVDs about  cancer and its treatment.
