Directions to the Wellness Community
From 680 North (Pleasanton/Danville)
Take 680 North to the Treat Boulevard Exit. Turn left at the light onto Treat. Crossing over 680 and through the intersection of North Main – Treat becomes Geary Road. Go ½ mile on Geary, make a right hand turn onto Putnam. Go approximately ½ mile on Putnam and turn right onto McNutt. We are the second parking lot on the left hand side.
From 680 South (Martinez/Concord)
Take 680 south to the Geary/Oak Park Exit. Turn left at the light onto North Main Street. Turn right at the first light onto Geary Road. Go ½ mile on Geary, make a right hand turn onto Putnam. Go approximately ½ mile on Putnam and turn right onto McNutt. We are the second parking lot on the left hand side.
From Highway 24 (Oakland/Berkeley/Orinda)
Take Highway 24 to 680 North. Take 680 North to the Treat Boulevard Exit. Turn left at the light onto Treat. Crossing over 680 and through the intersection of North Main – Treat becomes Geary Road. The Wellness Community is on the 102 and 109 bus lines for the County Connection.
From Walnut Creek BART Station
Take the 102 County Connection bus. It runs approximately every 30 minutes. Fares are expected in cash and seniors are free from 10 am – 2 pm. Taxis are available from the Walnut Creek BART Station.
From Pleasant Hill BART Station
Take the 109 County Connection. It runs approximately every 40 minutes. Fares are expected in cash and seniors are free from 10 am – 2 pm. Taxi are available from the Pleasant Hill BART Station.
